Hotel Receptionist- Boutique Hotel

Our beautiful property is currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Receptionist to join our family. The shift pattern for the role is from 7.00am to 3.30pm or 2.00pm to 10.30pm.

Your Main Responsibilities As A Receptionist

are checking in and out guests while delivering outstanding levels of service. Managing requests and creating memorable experiences. Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties as well is ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.

  Previous experience in a similar role

  Display a polite and professional attitude at all times

  Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late evenings, and weekends
